Convenient location close to the subway station. The room service was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. The view from the window was nice.
The room was quite cramped, with barely enough space to move around. There was no mini-fridge in the room, which made it difficult to keep drinks and snacks cold.

The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to a metro station. It makes it convenient to explore the city by subway. there are plenty of food choices nearby, including a Burger King and a Family Mart just a short walk away.
The cleanliness of the hotel is a major issue. There were reports of dust, mold, and even a moldy refrigerator in the rooms.

This hotel is very clean, the service is fantastic and the breakfast is exellent. For us the location is ideal : the subway very near, 24 hours shop, and central to other locations.
A big minus point is that there is no English spoken televion such as CNN or BBC News but only Japanese televion.

Close to the sub, and then you are close to every where in Tokyo. As in rest of Tokyo, poor english knowlige among the staff, but no problems. Stores and restaurants near the hotel, and very close to one of Tokyos best parks.
We boooked a comfort room, but we where downsized with no refund.

Good toiletries and comfy beds. The location is convenient - close to public transport and a variety of eateries.
The rooms are quite small and the WiFi is slow. The staff were not very welcoming and seemed to have a lack of enthusiasm for their job.

Staffs atleast can speak well in English, n nearby can easy to find food n family mart next door only. Convenience! Japan room although small but they provide full toiletries provided. Will stay again when I come back to Tokyo.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to the metro station. This makes it easy to explore different areas of the city such as Harajuku and Shibuya. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided great service. They were willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests had a comfortable stay. The rooms were well-designed and made efficient use of space. Despite being on the smaller side, they were still comfortable and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

This hotel is great value for the price, especially considering its location so close to the metro. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities in the rooms are satisfactory. Additionally, the option of having an extra bed in the room is a convenient feature.
